Changing Spaces Jax:
Brand Identity
-
Task
Create a branding identity for an interior designer located in Jacksonville. The updated brand must be minimal, elegant, and dynamic to mimic Changing Spaces Jax’s ability to adapt to any client’s style.
-
Solution
Creating a logo that pairs well with every design style and can compliment all types of project photography. Creating a simplistic design with only black and white colors so the work in Changing Spaces Jax’s portfolio can show through.
-
Applications
Modern branding identity including logo design, business cards, pamphlets, and a web site that showcases Changing Spaces Jax’s design portfolio and their services offered.
A house was chosen for the logo because of the direct connection to interior design. The logo utilizes an empty house and a filled-in house to represent both occupied and vacant stagings, it also demonstrates how one space can transform into another. The overlapping houses form a section of negative space, this represents the entryway to the home. The stark contrast in visual weight and minimal color palette creates an elegant tone that allows Changing Spaces Jax to showcase the variety of interior design styles they can adhere to.
